Compote with Six Plates

Compote with six plates having with scalloped edges, in the “Rose Border” pattern. This compote and plates set have an impressed “Pearl Ware” mark. The transfer border is green with entwining wild roses and morning glories. Circa 1829 -1854 Thomas Dimmock was a potter in Hanley, Stoke on Trent. The impressed letters in the arch of the “pearlware” are the impressed mark of Dimmock. $250.00
